The cutout in back was of concern to me but, as described, does not expose any of my various bra styles, like a V-neck t-shirt would in the front. The size S green one will be better suited to be worn with a belt for more of a boho look, and will be just as useful, styled slightly differently. The fabric feels like cotton jersey, so it is comfortable, isn't scratchy, slithery or prone to wrinkling, and is NOT see-through. That's a huge plus. I wear maxi dresses all summer and these will be staples of my wardrobe this year. I can dress them up with a belt and a shrug sweater and heels, or wear it like a beach coverup with flat sandals. These pockets do not bulk-up the silhouette like some could, and are big enough to fit a phone, lipstick, keys. Adding all those things WOULD bulk up your silhouette, but it is still possible. So many women's clothing has pockets that are about 2" square, able to hold nothing, or they don't exist.
