Does this product contain rack mounting rails?

It comes with mounting “ears” that allow it to be installed in a standard rack.

This device does not have pre-installed disks. You have to buy the disk drives separately and then install them. Ultimately, the capacity will depend on the capacity of the one, two, three or four drives you install. I’m currently running two 4TB drives and two 6 TB drives in my unit.

Does this officially support WD Red drives?

Officially is a strange way of putting it but yes, it supports WD Red Drives
