I am a Japanese, stay in India. Actually, this unit was broken in soon, procedure was as below. 1. I received this machine on 04-11-2015. 2. The first time when I use was 09-11-2015, used for only 1 minute, then broken in soon. 3. Grinder was damaged on 12-11-2015. This was broken by only 3 times of use. 4. Juicer was broken on 19-11-2015. Number of times of use is only 3 times, by usage just a few minutes only. I can do variety of types mechanic works, so I have checked why these kinds of troubles occurred. Then, I have found out the below reasons. 1. This machine has the wrong design from the beginning, i.e. originally. 2. The design of the motor connection by using of plastic is false, this connection should be used by more strong materials. 3. By reason of the cooling fan is attached to the reverse, the motor would overheat within 1 minutes. 4. Cooling fan was not attached to the bottom, it shold be touch each other. 5. Smoke has come out. The smell is as scorched the cable. 6. Heat generation is also intensely dangerous, I consider. Water proof specification is no there also, that's why. Honestly speaking, Made in China product is 10 times better, I feel. This is our personally feeling though, from my real mny experiences.
