I have not sweated at all while using this product. I normally sweat very easily.

I would run and not sweat before I started wearing it. 10 minutes in and I’m sweating more than I have. It does the job! Mine isn’t to tight and it’s very stretchy. Update: I believe it’s true to size because it’s very stretchy. I have lost weight and will be going down to a L from where I began at a XXL. It holds the stomach in and is very long, which covered my big fupa.
