Hueplus Shoulder Massager, Model HPM100

Just received this massager and thus far I love it! Really get's the knots out, a fantastic deep tissue massager. If you prefer light massages, this isn't the machine for you. I hope it stays in good shape with heavy use because I will be using this daily! I am really enjoying the pain free feeling I have after using it on my shoulders, back and legs.

Gave this as a gift and it seemed like a decent massager until it wouldn’t turn on one day and just stopped working! It was barely even used! Completely embarrassing, especially given what I paid for it!

It arrived in good condition. It does have some pretty strong good massage but it had no heat ever. It lights up like there might be heat but there is definitely no heat. After having it for a couple months it now will not shut off if it's plugged in. So you have to unplug and plug it back in every time. It also no longer does reverse. I bought it because it was more expensive and I wanted it to be better than the other products out there however it's not.

I purchased this model for about six month, and used it not very regularly, average twice a week when my neck was tense. However, lately the ON/OFF switch is becoming not sensitive. I need to repeatedly press the ON/OFF button several times in order to activate it. Also, the "Directional button" ( to control the rotation) some time worked, and some time did't. This model lack durability and probably not suitable for heavy use.

this was a gift for my son who had neck issues. He used it until it cleared up his aching neck and felt that it was calming and he could sense the relaxation of his neck muscles. He no longer uses it as he doesn’t have the issue anymore, however, he is keeping it close by just in case. it worked well, vibrated strong and heated the sore area around his neck better than he expected.

THIS MASSAGER GETS THE JOB DONE. GETS OUT ALL THOSE KNOTS IN YOUR MUSCLES. I HAVE FIBROMYALGIA SO I AM LEARY ABOUT USING MASSAGERS BUT THIS ONE IS GREAT. I DON'T HAVE ALL THE SORENESS WITH THE USE OF THIS MASSAGER LIKE I DO WHEN I GO TO A PROFESSIONAL MASSAGER. GOOD PRODUCT.

For the money I paid for this, I'm disappointed. The massage is soft, not strong as it claimed.

Stopped working until 1 month after the warranty expired and unable to reach customer service.
