I would suggest purchasing a 5 pound package of fondant, but not this brand as it dries out quickly while working with it, in my opinion. **Q: Does this product contain gelatin?** A: According to their website, the ingredients in their vanilla fondant are: "Sugar, corn syrup, water, palm oil, gum tragacanth (stabilizer), natural and artificial flavors, titanium dioxide (coloring), cellulose gum (thickener), glycerine (humectant), modified corn starch, potassium sorbate (preservative), acetic acid (preservative)." So I would say no, there is no gelatin in it. :) **Q: Can you add food coloring to white ?** A: Yes you can add any color you wish to white (or to any other shade of fondant). Just add it a bit at a time and knead thoroughly to incorporate throughout. **Q: what is the difference between satin white and white vanilla fondant ?** A: I'm not sure where you're seeing each of those terms, so I'm just going with my gut on this answer for you, but Satin Ice is the brand of this fondant, it is white in color, and it is vanilla flavored. Hope that helps! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worked well. *by S***R on 2025年6月21日にアメリカ合衆国でレビュー済み* Why did you pick this product vs others?: Worked well on my cake project.
