je ne le supporte pas !!! je gonfle tout de suite et mon ventre devient vraiment énorme et il provoque un "grave" ralentissement du transit !!!  . je l'ai utilisé deux jours et j'ai stoppé . Le produit est peut être efficace mais mon corps ne le tolère pas ! dommage
