I purchase my vitamins solely on the ingredients so these checked all the boxes. I haven't had an issue with the flavor or quality, they seem to work fine for me. They do not cause any side effects or make me nauseated, however, I do take them on a full to partially-full stomach.

Caution, the vitamins supplement facts on bottle are inaccurate. This is the old formula and is 50% less (they need to update photo).

I ordered this product for my father to try. He said that when he miss a dose and takes it the next day he can realy feel the difference in his energy level and wellbeing.

For all I know, it could be filled with sawdust, but it seems to be a good multi.

I like this product, most of the vitamins and minerals in each capsule comes from a natural source which improves the bioavailability.

I will not buy this one again, I will buy some other multiple vitamin.
