Good customer service -poor product
We ordered this and the first one and did not work -they were very good and quick to replace it -however the second one also did not work ! Again they were very helpful in supporting us to get this working properly but we could not and they refunded our money -so good customer service but product not impressive

Dont buy unless your an engineer!
Heater did not function/ignite. Despite contacting manufacture and following numerous steps the heater still didn't work and felt like the manufacturer expects me to fix the item myself or prove the fault. Most people either wouldn't have this technical knowledge or feel comfortable taking a heater apart to fault find. Currently waiting for a refund or replacement...
