Good, sturdy product. Easy to clean and maintain. It is still very new and I haven't worked it for long, so I cannot comment on the long term functionality. Yet it worked perfectly for the times that I used it. The grinding was fast and to requirement. The size is also very comfortable. It doesn't take up much space on the kitchen counter. Although the price was a bit on the higher side, the quality of the product makes it worthwhile. The only surprising bit was that it was delivered without any extra packaging with only the basic product box. Glad it arrived safely without damage.

I am really happy with the product. This is a tiny grinder very much effective for day to day use. Please keep in mind this is not a replacement for your Regular Mixer-Grinder or Food Processor. If you love to use your freshly ground dry spices or wet masala which requires tiny amount in your food such as 1 or 2 teaspoons cumin powder, coriander powder or ginger paste, garlic paste etc. This is perfect machine. But it can't grind till powder. We have no issues with that. Likes: Tiny jar and blade is placed such a way , you can grind very little quantity lid fits tightly no spillage able to grind dry as well as wet masala Improvements Required: Lid some times locked such a way that difficult to open two separate jars(one for dry one for wet) may serve better, as it unable to grind dry masala like cumin, coriander, turmeric to powder or close to the power.

It is very inferior to its previous iteration. This one cannot grind spices to a fine powder. Its previous avatar had a smaller jar. It used to grind spices to a fine powder. This newer model has a bigger jar (a wrong design decision), blunt blade and a lot of place for the spices to fly out of the way of the blade. Additionally, the locking mechanism of the bowl is insecure, posing safety issues. All in all a very disappointining item that completley undid all its previous plus points. I absolutely do not recommend it. I bought this piece after my older one lost its gasket (rubber seal). The previous iteration was a gem of a piece. Served me without issues for more that 6 years of regular heavy use. Regret my byuing decision.
