This case is VERY big with lots of storage pockets. If you have lots of meds that need to be kept cool this will serve you well. We'll made, but a tad heavy which is understandable given storage capacity. Just too big for my need to bring one GLP vial and one other small gel med with me on a week long trip.

Used for about a week with insulin and peptides. It does not keep cool very long, and has HELLA perspiration so if you put it in something expect whatever else is in there to also get wet. It stays cool for roughly 8 hours in an air conditioned environment. (I also live in Florida) and lasts for about 3-4ish hours in Florida heat. The temp gauge stays charged for about 2 total days but will drop down to the last dot of battery in a couple hours on the first day. And stay in what im assuring is power saving mode until you tap it. There is also not a lot of space, it feels roomy without the ice packs but with them in there it was a struggle to close it with 1 pen a vial and a 10 pack of insulin needles with some alcohol pads. Overall its not the worst but im sure there is something out there with more bang for your buck.

Bought this to put my health pens but once the ice compacts are frozen , there is little room left for pens storage . This size held two pens comfortably.. travel abroad and was not disappointed as it was still cold .

I used the insulin cooler case to transport my Repatha injections. I had 4 cylinders which fit fairly snug but it worked. It was hard to regulate the temperature at first.. the temp would fall too low so I opened the zipper for a bit then the temp went to high so I had to zip it back up. I was on a 9 1/2 car ride so I finally place the case inside a cooler with 2 small ice bags and checked it periodically. It remained at between 35 and 38* for the rest of the drive.
