The system allows cracks in walls to be stabilised by bonding CE marked Brickfix helical crack stitching bars into slots cut into the wall's mortar course using specially formulated Brickfix grouts. Easy Application Simply cut a horizontal slot to required width in the mortar bed & ensure all debris is removed. Apply CE1 grout to the back of the slot and insert the Brickfix helical bar Apply another bead of CE1 grout and compress to fill any small voids in the masonry The high performance grout firmly secures the bars to form a strong, durable and flexible repair Using matching mortar, the slot should then be repointed.
