This product is the best. Tastes great & does the job promised.

I used to be a big user of liquid IV, I would get the packs at costco and I never really loved the way they tasted and wasn't totally satisfied with the results, but hey...they were cheap! My friend started using FitIV a while ago and gave me one of her packages and I will never go back. I love the way these taste and more importantly I feel so much more hydrated and energized. An even bigger plus for me is my usually terrible hangovers are much more tolerable or for the most part, gone. I haven't taken it long enough to see weight loss but it delivers on all other promises so I have high hopes for that as well. They say you get what you pay for and in this case I'm definitely happy to ditch my liquid IV and pay a little more for something so much better!

I didn’t loose a pound. Don’t get me wrong it tastes so good but I would have thought with diet and exercise included I’d lose maybe 5 pounds? Over all it’s expensive flavored water. It got me to drink more and it didn’t cause an upset tummy but it had a lot of sugar in it. It dissolved easily after shaken into a water bottle. I felt more hydrated but for the money I paid, I’m not buying again.

Gained weight with this product! Gained 15 pounds in 2 weeks! Quit taking it 5 days ago lost 10 pounds that I gained! Horrible product will not buy again!

Gives me energy naturally without jitters I also like the taste but prefer the packets probably have a little more that the scoop inclided in this container.
