Brought the same during the freedom sale @ a price range of 3k. Worth for the price if you buy in the same range. The cycle is good in looks and built quality is also good. It is easy to assemble (But the video provided with the product is misguiding) No side stands and reflectors received (but it is mentioned in the product details as included). I contacted Amazon and informed the same and purchased a B twin 100 kids cycle stand from Decathlon@399/ and submitted the bill and Amazon has instantly refunded the amount (But for fixing the stand at your cycle, you need to increase the dia of the hole provided with the cycle little bit with the help of a drill machine, because the bolt size of the stand is bit bigger) But the stand is really good in quality and you can also adjust the height simply. Fixing is really easy but don’t follow the same steps in the video in the product page. You only need a set of spanners (the one provided with the box is not enough to fast the bolt properly and effectively) use a separate spanner set. First fix the seat and rear mud guard, because the rear mud guard need to fix on the seat post. Then fix the handle bar. Then turn the cycle upside down and fix the front wheel and then pedals. Then turn around the cycle back to its normal position and fix the side stand Then remove the front calliper from the centre frame and inset the front mudguard and fix the calliper back (because both the calliper and mudguard fix on the frame with the same bolt provided with the calliper assembly) Then adjust your breaks and fill the air, the cycle is ready. (All its takes less than an hour and its easy too). Amazon delivery was exactly on the scheduled time and the item is brand new with latest manufacturing date Overall I am satisfied with the product and kids will like the same. About the riding comfort The seat quality is good Breaks are good and effective Pedals are good and the peddling is easy and comfortable. Thanks to Amazon

We got it for our 5andahalf year old. Little high for his age but manageable he was able to ride it. Needs some help from parent when kid is less than 4ft tall else this is perfect sturdy and easy to assemble cycle. All you need is some tools and a little patience to figure out what goes first. Install front mud guard before installing the wheel it will save some time and effort of not redoing it :) Keep right spanners and screwdrivers handy while installing to save time. No stand or bell included we have to buy them separately. Its Hero brand and looks tough with build quality.

Product is very good but needs to improve packaging. Rear wheel rim slight bend due to bad packaging. It’s good that cycle is 95% Pre assembled. I have purchased this cycle for my 8 years son and it is perfect cycle for him(20T)

A poor built quality. In a short use, the cycle shows a lot of issues. It is not accepted from Hero. The parts qualities are poor, including breaks and chains. The height of the cycle is comfortable for kids aged 7 to 10 years.

Product is fit and sturdy. This cycle is literally has no extra flashy things (which are not required). I always looked for basic simple cycle and this cycle does the purpose. My son is happy for his 5th year birthday gift. Cycle stand, side stabilizing wheels, ring bell are not part of this package. Bought next door, which I found cheaper. I did not opt for service and assembled on my own took 1.5 - 2 hrs. Opt the same if your are not sure. Assembling instructions are general not specific to this model. It looks like HERO took asssembling instruction very lightly. I recommend to buy 20T cycle for your kid even they are 4-5 year, initially cycle looks bigger for them. But they will manage and this size will still be suitable them till they get 9-10 year old. This is self experience as my daughter is 9y old n she user her 20T cycle till date. Lastly, even you guys buy locally then go for brand like HERO, HERCULES, ATLAS etc. As they huge workmanship gaps with other local brands, even though cycle looks attractive.
