Unfortunately the "raw wheatgrass juice powder" labeling doesn’t contain information pertaining to vitamins, minerals, etc. The supplement facts are generic (i.e. calories, fat, protein, carbs...) However based on his video https://www.drberg.com/blog/raw-wheat-grass-juice-powder (@ time 2:50) Dr. Berg states that one teaspoon of the powder is approx. equivalent to an 18 x 24 inch tray of wheatgrass. According to https://hippocratesinst.org/wheatgrass-and-sprout-yields , a 10x20 inch tray will give you about 18oz of juice. Because of this, I approximate the 18x24 inch tray will produce about 19oz of juice. This website http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/custom/900675/2 states that 1 ounce of wheatgrass juice has 31.2mg of Magnesium. So 31.2mg * 19 = to about 592.8mg of Magnesium. Disclaimer: the data from these websites might be wrong and my math skills are not that great. However, look over them yourself and hope you find your answer.

I do fasting from 6p to 12p, can i drink this at 6am before i workout or will it break my fasting?
