If you like functional fitness training, this Reebok ROS Workout update will be your new favorite training partner. The anatomical shape cradles feet with support while letting them move and flex for better balance. Meanwhile, the underfoot cushion is engineered for the impact control you need during hard workouts. Reebok was founded for one of the best reasons possible: athletes wanted to run faster. So in the 1890s, Joseph William Foster made some of the first known running shoes with spikes in them. By 1895, he was in business making shoes by hand for top runners; and before long his fledgling company, J.W. Foster and Sons, developed an international clientele of distinguished athletes.

So far, so good!
I read lots of reviews before purchasing these shoes. The most common complaint was that the shoes are too narrow. I have narrow feet so I figured I'd give it a go.. They are a little tight but that's only because it has the elastic strips connecting the tongue to the sole. If it's too tight for you, just cut it out. I personally wouldn't consider this a narrow shoe.. Any who, just used them in today's wod and they were great! They're lightweight, flat and grip well. I would definitely buy again :)

Fit like a glove
I love these shoes!!! I had purchased other reeboks before to use for crossfit but they fit too wide. These have a snug fit...not tight but feels like your foot is being hugged. The toe bed is roomy. Just the fit I was looking for. Like expected they came super fast (amazon prime member) and the price was right. I ended up buying two, a black pair and the white ( or is it very light grey? I don't really know). Very happy with my order.

Neutral gym shoe
I wanted these shoes for the gym...light cardio and lifting. They are perfect for that. At first thought too tight in width but just had to pull tongue of shoe up...very comfortable fit. I have wide foot and I had room in toe box without heel being too big. Not much for cushion so I would not do any impact activities with these. I like them, glad I ordered.

Price too good to be comfortable!
I didn’t mind that these were a little on the large size in terms of length as I don’t mind my workout shoes a smidge big. These felt closer to a true 6 and I bought, and normally wear a 5 1/2. After a long day of work on my feet, these were the most painful shoes I have ever changed into! I put them on before leaving work so I would be ready for the gym. But they hurt so bad driving to the gym I skipped the gym completely and went home! I don’t have a wide foot. I’m pretty average on the medium scale. The elastic inside hugged nicely along my arches, but the rubbing along the sides of the ball of my foot is where it hurt. I’m hoping I can still return these as they were not for me.

Just what I needed!
I was skeptical about these since the price was extremely reasonable (cheaper than they are now). However I am very pleased with the fit and so far, the quality. Not only do they look great they perform well for me. I am not using them for cross fit but for weightlifting. I notice a big difference between these and my running shoes. I would normally do my thing on the treadmill and just move to the weights afterwards; still wearing my Brooks to lift in. No mas! I head the locker room and switch out shoes. Best purchase I've made for my workout program. BTW, I loved the polka dotted laces. :-)

Great quality!
I’ve had these tennis shoes for years now, and they are still in perfect shape. They are not for outside workout though as they can be a little hard, but definitely gym lifting shoes, they provide great stability.

Super Narrow, Uncomfortable
I’m looking for a new pair of shoes for HIIT training and ordered several different brands/styles. I wear a 6.5 in every brand of athletic shoe I own- Nike, Brooks, Asics, New Balance, Under Armour. Not sure did Reebok typically runs small but these were EXTREMELY tight in the width. The toe box fit fine but width-wise, it was super tight and borderline painful as soon as I tried them on. I ended up with a pair of Rykäs instead and returning these

Weird fit
I originally ordered a size 8 but they were too big lengthwise, so I exchanged for a 7.5 (my regular shoe size). The length is perfect but like other reviews mention these shoes are extremely tight and put pressure on the top of the foot regardless of how loose the laces are. They were painful to wear the first few times but now that they are breaking in it's not so bad. I actually have a narrow foot, so if you have a normal or wide foot I do not suggest buying these. Otherwise they are very attractive and functional for strength and conditioning workouts.
