For the girlies that left the salon crying
IT WORKS! Going from dark hair dye to prior bleached hair: I’ll post backstory under here but 1. If you got a lot of hair order 2-3 boxes. I have thick shoulder length hair almost ran out 2. Keep your environment warm! Keep your house like 73 degrees while doing this and after you apply put your hair in a cap and blast that hair dryer on high with heat! 3. (Disclosure I’m not a professional just someone that wanted all the permanent hair dye out and revert to what I had before visiting salon) I left this product in my hair for about 35 min. 2. Use Clarifying shampoos to wash out. they that are meant to remove product buildup. I used to Suave Daily Clarifying Shampoo & Conditioner 3. RINSE SHAMPOO REPEAT! Follow directions shampoo and rinse for like 15 min just standing under the shower (you will be spending a lot of time washing) and then shampoo 3 more times and end with conditioner 4. Your hair will smell bad it’s like a sulfur, rotten egg smell. But the color will be gone :) So I have dark hair and spent years doing highlights overtime to get lighter. All I wanted was my hair to be a different tint instead of the orange brassy I wanted a cool red undertone to match my clip in extensions. Love my hair lady I don’t complain or cry till I’m home and still tip my stylists (cuss that’s just who I am) but hated the outcome my hair was basically as dark if not darker than my actual hair!!!! So I come to Amazon and find this product and it actually worked I got back to the blonde I had before!!! No bleach or anything so no damage to hair! If that’s your goal to strip your hair color to remove permanent or semi permanent dye this is for you it will not lighten you hair you are literally just removing product 1st pic is after salon with dye in 2nd pic is after I got done using product!

Amazing
Made the mistake of dying my hair with semi permanent black hair color and it bleed blue on to my very light blonde bangs. This got it right out and you can’t even noticed that happened. Brought my hair back to a light blonde and now I can tone my hair correctly without having that blue interfering. Great product just has a strong smell.

Damaged my hair and still trying to fix it months later
I tried this on my reddish hair (naturally brown) and it did take a bit of the red tint out but the REALLY damaged my hair. It felt worse than your typically bleach damage. I had my hair professionally dyed a reddish brown color but hadn’t had any new red added to my hair in at least 2 years (no dye at all in over a year). I was wanting to go neutral so could lighten my hair without so much brassy tone and also try to avoid a lot of bleaching jobs to limit damage. I figured if this didn’t take the color out since it was so old and stayed in my hair for so long that it wouldn’t be damaging and I could just go the bleaching route. It’s made it’s really difficult to lighten as I still have ongoing dryness and damage from this initial product so now bleaching is nerve wracking. I noticed not only dryness but my hair tangles easily and I have way more hair falling out than before.it’s constantly frizzy looking too and so lifeless because I am trying to lighten a bit at a time after how badly this left my hair, it’s a muddled dark blond and almost greenish in parts (not from this product but from how it lightened after I used this and then tried to tone it the red out) I should have just bleached it afterall and had better results if I was gonna end up with damage. I used this in Oct and I am struggling to lighten it and not ruin my hair. I lightened it in Nov but have been trying to repair it before I attempt to try to lighten it anymore. It’s so ugly I don’t take photos or haven’t gone out to see my friends since using this product. I can’t believe this little box has completely changed my life in such a negative way and for so long. It would be one thing if bleach had caused this but knowing that the problem was from this product that maybe lifted the red by a shade wasn’t worth it.

Excelente corrector de color
Good for removing color, but follow instructions carefully I’ve used Color Oops a couple of times, and overall it does a solid job at removing artificial hair color. It definitely helped lift out the darker dye from my hair without using bleach, which I appreciated since my hair is already a bit damaged. The process is pretty straightforward, but you really need to follow the instructions exactly—especially the rinsing part. If you don’t rinse long enough, some of the color can come back after a few days. One thing to note is the smell—it’s quite strong and not very pleasant, but it does fade after washing and conditioning. On the plus side, it didn’t leave my hair feeling as dry as bleach would, though I still recommend using a deep conditioner afterward. Overall, it’s a great option if you want to remove unwanted dye without heavy damage, just be patient and thorough with the process.

I didn't believe the other reviewers but it legit smells like eggy farts, and that smell lasts in your hair for a few days afterwards (depending on how frequently you wash your hair). That said, it does work and I do recommend it to help remove dye from your hair. However, it makes your hair very porous afterwards, so you're going to want to condition and do some hair treatments. My hair was a birds nest immediately after, and is now more prone to tangling, so I have to do a couple of deep conditioning treatments a week. As long as you're ready for a farty bathroom, and stick the to instructions, you'll be fine!

I recently tried the Color Oops Regular Strength Hair Color Remover (RS100), and I'm thrilled to share my experience with you. My hair journey involved layers upon layers of red hair dye, and I decided it was time for a change. I chose Color Oops to help me with this transformation, and it didn't disappoint. First off, the application process was surprisingly easy. The instructions were clear, and the product was straightforward to use. I appreciated that there was no need for complicated mixing or multiple steps. Now, let's talk about the smell. Hair color removers can be notorious for their strong, unpleasant odors, but Color Oops was tolerable. While it didn't smell like a bouquet of roses (let's be realistic, it's a chemical process), it was much more bearable than I expected. But what truly matters is the result, right? Color Oops worked wonders on my layered red hair. It effectively removed the built-up color, leaving my hair ready for a fresh start. The end result was satisfying and gave me the blank canvas I needed for my next hair color adventure. In conclusion, Color Oops RS100 is a reliable choice if you're looking to remove hair color, even if you've piled on the layers. The application is straightforward, the smell is manageable, and the results are impressive. Give it a try if you're ready for a hair color transformation!

Es fabuloso el producto, lo aplique tal como lo dice el instructivo, lo tenía negro y me lo coloco rojo, ahora me toca matar el color rojo, pero quita el color muy rápido. No daño mi cabello. Gracias
