If I went to a stylist, this would be their problem, but since I do my hair for about $5 per time (lasts 6 weeks), I happily pay the $10 for the tube of wipes. If a quick flick doesn’t remove the dye instantly, leaving the wipe on top of the stain takes care of the problem. I have little sense of smell, so I can’t say if this stuff smells great or horrible, but I suspect it has little smell of its own, judging by the lack of complaints from family members. Doing my own hair at home of course has its own challenges including trying not to get dye all over your skin and hoping it will come off. I have tried different hair color remover wipes and after trying these, this works really well. The wipes are small so sometimes you end up using a few of them but they do remove the hair dye from your skin. These definitely can dry out your skin. And I have sensitive skin so I also have to be careful about what I use for hair however removing products. I have not had any problems with skin irritation so far and have used this product many times. Works well each time and I generally do not have leftover hair dye on my skin. For reference, my skin is fair and I generally dying my hair red, pink or purple so this would be really obvious on my skin if hair color is left over.
