It sticks well ( providing you activate it, by rubbing after application) . Sometime clothes can pull off part of tape and it becomes instantly not sticky and flips around, I just snip off that or reapply new tape. Lasts between 3 and 6 days a week, but I am a swimmer so sometimes only 3 -4 days. It stays on in the shower and swimming pool, even upto 2 hours. Dab it dry. Still good. My problem has developed after 8 weeks constant use of tape- my skin has developed a reaction to it and itches like crazy, spreading all over body. Just be aware if you have sensitive skin! I was recommended this tape by my physio and told it would be fine for continuous use over last 2 months! Not sure what I can use now??? I like the colours, easy to use, cut, trim.
