Where to get replacement glue traps?

I got a package of rectangular sticky boards and trimmed corners to fit. Any brand and size that closely fits and can be trimmed if needed should work ok.

Does this work well with house flies?

Yes! I got it specifically for house flies. I found that the flies were mostly drawn to it at night when it was the only light on.
