After prices went up on 2 products I previously used, I decided to try 6 Star pre workout. I like the ingredients and enjoy the taste. It seems to stay mixed a little better than the others I’d used. I’m 70 years old, been lifting for 51 years, regularly. Now I train early morning and again in the afternoon. I’m blown away with the amazing pumps I’ve been getting. I lift what I feel is safe and at least 20 reps per set. More reps on legs. I have for more stamina and can push through each set. 6 Star pre workout is a great product by my experience.

It gives us just the right amount of focus and intensity to power through our workouts without feeling jittery or crashing afterward. With 3.2g of Beta-Alanine and 320mg of caffeine, it packs a punch without being overwhelming. As long as the formula stays consistent and the price remains low, we will definitely keep buying this pre-workout. If you’re looking for a pre-workout that’s affordable, effective, and tastes great, I highly recommend giving Six Star a try. We’ve been happy with both the icy rocket freeze and fruit punch flavors, and we might try the pink lemonade next!

I buy this pre-workout evert month. It kicks in within 5 min of taking it before my workout and taste yummy! No jitters or headaches either.

Very good for the price I just wish they had more flavors . Keeps me hydrated and pretty decent focus & energy

Let me say this, I need to use 2-3 scoops, but the price still justifies repeat purchases of this brand over any of the other $50 tubs of flavored caffeine and vitamins. Please never increase the price more than necessary, that is the main reason I buy this brand and appreciate the fair price so much for the amount I go through. Also flavor is absolutely great no chalkiness even when I add creatine in. Mixes very easy, never noticed it get chunky/hardened like other brands will get after a month or so of being opened.

Love this mix. It tastes amazing. I use it to replace energy drinks. Less sugar and fewer calories, and a fraction of the price. I do use more water then they say.

Fruit Punch flavor aside, the biggest thing to know about this Six Star pre-workout is that it is a fairly strong formula, not a beginner one. What I like most here is the label transparency. One scoop gives 160 mg of caffeine, and the full two-scoop serving goes to 320 mg, with 3.2 g beta-alanine and 3 g L-citrulline listed clearly instead of being buried in a vague proprietary blend. That makes it much easier to judge whether it matches your tolerance and training style before buying. The tub is also sold as 30 servings, so on paper it is competitively priced for the category. The tradeoff is that the full serving is not light. If you are sensitive to caffeine, prone to jitters, or already know you dislike the beta-alanine tingling feeling, this may be too aggressive for you, especially for afternoon or evening workouts. I would start at one scoop unless you already know you tolerate stronger pre-workouts well. This looks like a good fit for someone who wants a budget-friendly, clearly labeled pre-workout with real stimulant punch. If you want something gentler or more all-purpose, this is probably not the one.

my boyfriend really likes this pre workout, while it doesnt have as much caffeine as other brands, it still makes you feel energized n gives you that tingling feeling like other pre workouts, i personally dont like taking pre n my only downsides would be the dye used in it (red 40), n maybe dont use if you have a sensitive stomach but that goes for mostly any workout supplement, but if that doesnt bother you then this is an awesome pre workout especially for ppl starting in the gym, good for weight lifting, cardio, n pilates, n for the value, it lasts about a month if you take one scoop, my boyfriend also uses it as an energy drink for work n it does him well
