Swiss chocolate is the best in my opinion. I have never tried this brand before but was very pleased. Very creamy.Great size to add to gifts. Good value for the money. The chocolate was fresh.

So creamy and irresistible

When I got my first giant bag of this chocolate I carefully put it in a series of sealed jars to keep it fresh.I needn't have bothered... I went through this stuff at lightning speed!This is one of the creamiest and hardest to resist chocolates I have ever tried.If you ever thought all milk chocolates are about the same, this stuff will change your mind.I'm not sure if it is the inclusion of hazelnut, you don't really taste that, or something else that makes this particular confection so good, all I know is these are seriously delicious little bars of chocolate.I highly recommend these to any lovers of chocolate.Absolutely divine!

Unprofessional Shipping

I used to order close to 20 of those over time. I love the taste, it's real swiss chocolate although rather expensive.What is a complete no go is to ship this with USPS which is unreliable. From carrier pickup to delivery it took 9 days. What chocolate survives 9 days in summer.This is the second shipment that came like this. We did not complain on the first one that took 11 days!!!Asked for a refund. Got it unfortunately only half of the order has been refunded. Had to complain again.Not professional at all.Will never order again.

Love this chocolate

However it shipped via usps so I had no idea it had arrived and it sat in my mailbox and got melty- frustrating! All my Amazon packages come through ups or Amazon so this was disappointing.

Too Hot to Have Shipped

Although this is VERY pricey chocolate, it is my absolute favorite. And I know chocolate. I very generally have to wait for cooler weather and a price drop before I can indulge. So. Dang. Delicious. I have never had an issue with packaging, except once and that was on Amazon's end, not the seller. It was rectified immediately. If you LOVE chocolate I highly recommend these little golden wrapped pieces of heaven!

Great chocolate, 1st order melted during shipment - 2nd was perfect

Update. The second time I ordered it, the chocolate was still great, and since the weather was cold, it didn't melt.Looked great and tasted even better.First order: Great chocolate, but it got hot somewhere along its journey. You could tell there was a problem when you looked at the clear window, there were 'skidmarks' where some chocolate had leaked out.The individual bars were stuck together in clumps of 2 or 3.I didn't notice until several days after the package arrived.It looks a bit icky, but tastes great. I will buy again hoping that it didn't get baked so I can find out how they taste when it's fresher/unmelted.
