Dont cool for long
Only cools for the first hour or two dont last

Everyone should have this one.
It has been working great. Keeps my room cool and comfortable. It is a little loud but not a bother to me. Remote control is great as well.

A disappointment
We bought this to use when our A/C went out. It was very disappointing. You have to continuously fill it with ice and water. It is not very functional, but not too loud.

Bad product, they keep charging my credit card for it despite it being returned
If I could give zero stars I would First of all, this was not a good air conditioner, not worth the money. Second of all, I returned it, received the refund, and now my credit card is being charged a second time as the merchant is saying I didn't return the item. I have the paperwork showing I returned the product, so they should not be allowed to charge my credit card a 2nd time. I am now 3+ phone calls in and an incredible amount of time wasted on this issue. They shouldn't be allowed to charge my credit card in error. I am very unhappy. .

Great air mover and cooler
Fantastic power and value. Very effective and pleasant to use instead of a traditional ‘fan’.

Save the box
If you end up buying this, save the box for when you return it. I don’t know how anyone has anything positive to say about this. It’s louder than the reviews make it out to be. The motor rattles a lot. It’s hard to have a conversation with someone in the same room as it. It produced an off putting odor every time I used it. It didn’t even make my room colder.

The ice packs you place inside the unit do not create enough cold air
Unfortunately, It was not what I was hoping for. Putting the frozen ice packs in the water tub did not chill the water enough. It’s a Great concept, but it should have an actual freezer built into it in order to get cold air blowing out of it. Basically, it’s a big nice quiet blowfan….
