Update: these people took my feedback very seriously. After reporting problems, they immediately sent replacement parts (handle, back rest, bolts and tools) and a servicing person. All the faulty parts were replaced and the aligenment problem was fixed by some jugaad by the service person.First review: Although it is functionally ok, finishing is extremely poor and I have serious doubts about durability. Several things are shoddy-1. Packaging was extremely shoddy, dusty, torn2. Assembly instructions were minimal, the headrest pipes had to be hammered into place3. Several parts are of poor quality and theres also minor breakage4. Some nuts are missing, and the back rest is misaligned5. The head rest position cannot be changed because one knob is broken

GOT THIS AS DO IT YOURSELF KIT . QUALITY OF SEAT AND BACK SEEMS OK BUT THE MACHINE FOR TILT AND LIFT SEEMS VERY LOCAL JUGAD . WHILE SCREWS WERE THERE BUT THE ANGLE PROVIDED TO SREW THEM TIGHTLY WAS NOT FITTING . ALSO ALIGNMENT OF SEAT AND BACK WAS NOT PROPER ,SCREWS WERE NOT FITTING. FINALY RETURNED THE PRODUCT . MY ADVICE TO SELLER ...1ST ASSEMBLE PIECE AT YOUR PLACE BEFORE SENDING NS PUT IN EXTRA WASHER AND NUTS ,

initially i got plastic base by mistake, seller replaced it with chromebase. i adjusted headrest to my height. now ith verymuch comfortable.decent quality product.

Bad quality plastics but very comfortable and maybe the best value for money at 11k.

The height of the head rest is not according to Indian anthropometry. My head doesn't reach the headrest. And the knee angle lock keeps unlocking by itself making a huge noise, so does the back rest adjustment.

The chair is good and comfortable but the build quality is not upto the mark, like-•the side handle screws never aligned, so i had to screw just 2 of 3•the cloth for the chair is apparently held together with stapler pins which keep falling off•faced some problems with putting the head rest, also one of the headrest adjusting screws was useless.The brand markets this product as their “best product ”, if this is their best I don’t recommend buying their lower tier chairs.

I am writing this review after using this chair for a considerable amount of time at first I was apprehensive whether to buy such a costly chair or not but after buying this I am fully satisfied in happy with my purchase after sale services provided by the seller is extremely good and appreciate are you this chair for almost a month for an average of 2 to 12 hours I can only say you can you will not regret to buy the chair and is very comfortable supports the back very well do you may feel it's a little costly but at the end the kind of comfort it provides it's worth the money
