This dress is a simple, classic staple that any woman would love to have in her wardrobe. The fabric is different from the usual wool tweed. It is, rather, an updated, stretchy version that is much more comfortable and gives with any move you might make. It’s a mid-weight that should work for every season except the hottest months of summer. No lining, as others have mentioned, but the inside feels smooth and causes no irritation on my sensitive skin. The back vent makes walking comfortable, but is sufficiently small to allow for modesty when getting in or out of the car. The fit is the classic hourglass. I ordered the S size, as the XS was sold out, so it’s a little bit big on me. For reference, I am 5’5”, 32DD, and weigh 105 pounds. Normally wear a size 0. I will have to take the waist and hips in, should be an easy fix. But even before alterations, the fit is reasonable. The seams are well sewn. The pictures were taken just after opening the package, without any shapewear underneath. This dress would be perfect for church, work, a dinner date, a meeting, or almost any occasion you can think of. Love that front zipper! It looks every bit as good with the zipper lowered as it does zipped up to the top. Dress it up with a strand of pearls, or a silk scarf. Or go minimalist with just a pair of simple gold hoops and nude pumps. Any way you choose to accessorize it, however, you will feel confident, knowing that you look put-together and elegant.

Amazon for the win again! I needed a dress that had red in it, in short notice for a funeral. This one fit the bill. I'm so pleasantly surprised with the fit. Looks very professional and isn't too short. It is made out of a heavier type ponte fabric so it would also be suitable for colder weather. I would definitely recommend this dress to others. I'm 5'7", 135lbs and a size Small fit perfectly.

Lovely 3/4 sleeve dress that fits well. I usually wear a size 10 and the Large was just right, with a flattering fit. Will definitely consider buying more colors and styles, especially sleeveless.

This dress is as pretty in person as shown. My usual large was too snug in the stomach & rear areas but the XL fit well. The only unexpected part is that there’s a short zipper from neck to chest on the front, in addition to the zipper down the back length. Can’t wait to wear it!

Don’t buy it. I don’t like the material, it’s not tweed, it’s some kind of stretchy fabric.

Wore it to present at graduation ceremony because it was our school colors! Good material and comfortable stretchy fit! Perfect for work or just to wear out. Flattering on your curves.

I love this dress, it is very comfortable, conservative and the fabric is soft . It’s nice and thick but not heavy. I really like the Black print around the middle of the waist .I got a lot of compliments. I will be buying more of these dresses. I have my eye on the Black and White striped dress.
