Great knife
I like this knife very much a coworker brought it as a gift for me and I like the fact that it serves as a bread and butter knife I highly recommend itIf you’re going to cut a slice of bread from a loaf the serrated edge of the knife is sharp enough to cut evenly. And of course for butter you can spread it out evenly

Fantastic spreader, poor cutting (in case that is important)
We've had ours since 2017. This has a high build quality, it is comfortable to use and spreads well. The blade is very stiff, which is great for thick peanut butter or honey, whereas some of the wooden handled ones have a flimsy blade. The cutting edge is almost non-existent, this is double edged (no pun intended) - no issue giving it to kids to use, works for toast, but does not cut a sandwich well. We have had zero issue with rust on the blade. It goes in the dishwasher frequently.

Well priced, useful, and...it's cute!!
Recently purchased my favorite bagels, cream cheese was right out of the fridge and difficult to spread, rather than nuking it for a few secs. decided to try this little utility knife out. First time I ever used it and could not believe how well it did the job, so much better than a regular knife. Since then have used it for cutting sandwiches, veggies, and whatever else that gets near it, lol. I have some small spreaders similar to this one, with no cutting edge, and they work well also. This is big enough to handle everything so far, planning to buy another for a spare.

I recommend
I've been using a wood-handled sandwich spreader knife I got from a restaurant supply store about ten years ago. It was my go to for spreading butter on toast and I liked that it was magnetic, which made it possible for me to hang it from the outside of my stove hood, where I had a whole bunch of magnets holding my knives, tongs, can opener, spatulas, potato peeler, kitchen shears, etc. I would keep the Zyliss spreader knife there, too, except the handle is not neutral, so I'm keeping in the drawer with the butter knives. Anyway, it's a great spreader knife!! It's longer than the one I had, so I have more of a chance to use it for the mayo jar, and the shape of the blade is better than the restaurant supply one I had, too. Plus, the serrations are actually pretty sharp, and so it cuts excellently, eventhough it's primarily a spreader knife. I love all of those things, but the main reason I bought it was because I was getting darned tired of not being able to put the used spreader knife in the sink, due to the wood handle which cannot be soaked in water. The one drawback of the yellow handle, though, is that it can melt when exposed to heat, so if Zyliss came out with an all stainless steel model, that would be wonderful. Anyway, this is a really great spreader knife, and I'm super happy to have it and I highly recommend --everyone needs products like this which make sense and make our lives easier!!

Great knifes. Just bought two one for my self and other a gift for my brother. Well made and compliments the other cutting knifes from this brand we already own.

Larger than most sandwich knives, good spreader
Much larger than I expected, but still fits my larger than average hands. Should be good for male hands. Good as a spreader for butter, nut butter, tuna salad, mayo etc. Has a serrated cutting edge, be careful, sturdy metal blade well affixed to the plastic handle. Survived the dishwasher.

Very sharp
I love this knife because it does its job, to spread !! U don’t need to keep dipping the knife in and out of jelly, mayo , or peanut butter.
