delivered in a nice steel box
delivered in a nice steel box, with two extra bushes. it is a copy of HITACHI demolition hammer excellent tool for just 10% of the cost of an original hammer and plenty of spare parts and chisels are compatible between brands. Not so noisy, easy to handle. I'm using it to broken huge boulders on my construction site and it going to pay for itself in just less than a month

Our machine is not working soon after 5 days after delivery and there is no proper contact to complaint.

Poor packing
Product is good but the way the packing is not good you can see in pictures all things are meshed up and box clips are not working box is tempered and banded, even machine paint is also chipped off from sone places. Please check all things and put it back in proper way so it can look like a new. But in my case there is mo charm of newness on this machine. Warranty card is also in poor condition.
