Cheap n best
Replaced old crabtree ones with this one. Has been functioning fine n felt this brand is cheaper & value for money as compared to jaquar. Have been using this in one bathroom for a bit over a year n had no issues so bought another one for the other bathroom. Wish the wall plate was a bit wider n sleek

It is good , what i feel the locking knobbis little loose and not firm . so dar it is working fine . price is little more..it should be avordable at 2000/- i bought for 2499 and price is increased on amazon..so pse reduce the price so moreboeoole can buy.

Mechanism of water flow is wrong
Product is good but mechanism is wrong. Usually left turning Nob will be water and right will be shower. In this it's has been revers Will be a challenge till we get used to it

Value for Money
Our earlier mixer was of Jaquar and of bigger size so plumber has challenge fitting this one. However after some adjustment it got fit well. Working okay. Lets hope it runs for few years. Hope 7 years as thats the warranty indicated for the product :)

Not brass, but only a coat of brass over Iron
Inside the tap, its not pure brass but only a coat of brass over Iron. Mine already rusted. Don't buy

The most importantly is that ALTON provides products as described.
The product is as good as compare to Top Brands, Nice in finish and enough durable also easiley installed. My views are after an year of use so, very happy to have chosen the right Brand.
