Cholestral and LDL came way down with alma
Cholesterol came down 25 points and LDL 28 points! I just dissolve it in water, but you can add it to anything-yogurt, etc. and I like that it is decaf! GREAT PRODUCT! and Dr. Michael Greger recommends Amla on his website....

Love this blend!

Tastes like chewing on a raw ginger root mixed with asprin! AWFUL (Decaf)
I am a diabetic and hoping this will help with sugars as I cannot take any meds because of side effects and allergic reactions but the taste is AWFUL! I dilute it into 16 oz of hot water and a lemon ice cube and choke it down but it's still disgusting. I will continue to do so if it helps with my numbers. I did notice that I have been freezing for the last week though. I read the side effects and a lowered body temp is one. I live in AZ so in the summer this will be great. Now in Feb. our lows are in the 30s and I was wearing flannel pajamas and had 3 blankets over me and my fuzzy socks and I was still extremely cold. My house was 70 degrees inside. I finally got out of bed at 1 am to get a heating pad! My feet and legs are ice cold all day too and I can't find any info online if this is bad for you or not or why this would happen to some and not others. Maybe I have an underlying condition that creates this? Could Robby or Cyrus answer this? I am going to half the dose today and see if that helps. I really want to love this stuff! (not the taste though) Any chance this can go on subscribe and save? It's really expensive.

The other flavors are better than the decaf
The non-decaf version tastes better. That got me to give up coffee. This version got me back on coffee again.

Just been using for a few days, but looking forward to seeing results. The green tea flavor is just fine ( have only been drinking as a tea ).
