The Berenstain Bears and the Missing Honey (First Time Books(R))

This could be a first suspense book for 4 year olds... The rhyming lines are so catchy! It keeps the kids attention throughout! would recommend for 3+ age group! Nice story

Book is good and it has unnecessary stickers that easily fall off the paper. I've given it 3 stars because the cover has literally fallen off just by a semi nightly reading and it was me holding the book not my kids.

The Berenstain bear books are my three year old daughter's favorite books. We started with Visit the Dentist and Visit the Doctor, bought at used book sale from local library, and have slowly added to her collection. In the beginning I didn't realize some of the books are rhyming books geared towards a younger audience, and some are longer stories told with a lesson on manners, getting along, not being afraid of the dark, etc. We probably had twenty of the longer books before I discovered there were these simple little rhyming books. A few of them remind us of her Dr. Suess books. This Missing Honey book is a simple little book full of easy rhyme, and is funny. It is similar to the Missing Dinosaur bone (another favorite of my daughter's). We read it for the first time last night at bedtime (where we always read four Bear books). My daughter had me read it twice, she loved it so much. I highly recommend this one to the younger Berenstain bear fans.

Another berenstain bears detective book! My son loves the missing dinosaur bone so figured he’d love another mystery to solve. This story is cute. It’s about papa bears finds his honey missing from the jar. The bears detectives find clues around the jar and go with papa around town looking for the thief.

We love to read this book. Its funny cute. Its always, nearly every night, asked to be read.
