It was not puffed had to grind it to powder form to consume it as the seeds were unbreakable in mouth and left a more than expected crunchy taste.

Good product
I received the product as described. I bought this first time, following my diet plan. I would say it's good product if it's part of your diet plan and one can roast it and grind it, just incase if someone wants flour. Overall good product but delivery time could have been quicker (delivery time it took was pathetic).
