so far good sound and mic quality. Easy to connect with USB dongle. Have not yet tried switching to Bluetooth. Battery life excellent, especially when kept on the docking charger/case. Biggest thing missing would be a storage slot/compartment for the USB dongle in the case.. I am worried I will lose it.
