I've purchased these melatonin gummies several times and they are the best I've tried. I only take 1 per night (which is 5mg) and that helps me relax enough to drift off to sleep with no side effects. The taste is great and I love the gummy instead of another pill to swallow. The price is fair for the quantity.

I ordered these to help me sleep a little better. Perimenopause has me tossing and turning, needing a fan for hot flashes and all. After about a week of getting maybe 3-4 hours of sleep each night, I really was just miserable and knew I needed to try to find some options to help. I chose this combined with 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt under my tongue before going to bed. So far, this combo has reduced the instances of having to get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, and while I am still experiencing the hot flashes and occasional tossing and turning, I'm not waking anywhere near as frequently. In fact, I am back to regular 6-7 hour sleeps with the occasional 8 hours! As long as that continues, I'll continue these. They flavor is pretty decent, the ease of use is obviously pretty simple, and they seem to be pretty darn effective.

I take these every night to help me fall asleep. I love the taste and they are super soft if not too old. I suggest buying the smallest container you can use in a month or two so they don’t get rubbery. They have never upset my stomach.

We have multiple members in our house that take melatonin & we love this brand. But the smaller size in the store, we were constantly buying them since they didn’t last that long. I was so happy to find this larger quantity size. It’s a great value coming out cheaper per gummy than buying the smaller size in the grocery stores. The strawberry flavor is great and they work great keeping those here that have sleeping problems asleep! I’m happy that I found this larger size of a quality Melatonin at a cheaper price. I will definitely be purchasing it again.

You do need to be careful that you do not over dose with these. You will get a melatonin hangover! If I use them as directed, I get to sleep faster and fell better the next day.
