This is just what my laptop needed. I thought I was going to have to replace it but all it needed was a battery replacement.

I was a bit concerned with the fit but it works for my hP pro book 450g2. Initially I didn’t think the battery was holding charge but it turned out the battery was just dead although plugged in it said 64% but overall it works well.

I needed to replace this battery as the original one would no longer hold a charge

Good and Easy to install

I was very skeptical in purchasing an off brand battery for my HP Pavilion laptop but have been using my adapter for way too long, I finally took the plunge because my original battery was toast. When I received the battery, I took both the original and this one side by side and it looked identical for the most part. I then went to snap it into place and although the original was a smoother fit, this one clicked in after I aligned it perfectly. For a split second I thought maybe it wasn't going to fit because it was a little tighter than the original. Not tighter like I had to shove it in, just a big more snug. I put it in, then snapped it out to make sure I could do it again, like I wasn't trying to force it in, and it went in again no problem. I've had it for a few weeks and it holds a charge and I am a free woman to use my laptop without the adapter plugged into the wall (although I am still in a habit, haha!). I would highly recommend purchasing this battery if you need one for your laptop. It works, no problems so far. I'm happy with my decision.***UPDATE *** It has been 4 years since I purchased my battery & it has worked great, holds a charge, no problems so far! (Nov 2, 2022)

I don't know who or what be writing these reviews, but im tell you this battery is junk now maybe I got a bad battery don't know but I do know is that what I have is junk it don't charge fully I let it charge all night next morning I look it was still charging and only 54 percent my charging cable is good save your money don't get this brand it's not worth your money im returning it

Battery arrived quickly and it works. To potential buyer: Read all of the specs on your original battery before purchasing. I did and knew beforehand that the Amps/Volts/Watts were not exactly the same in at least one category. But I needed a WORKING battery that fits my aging HP Envy 17T exactly and this one does. HP still can "eventually" send me an exact replacement including in power, but good grief an OEM replacement is spendy these days! I gave this one a 5-Star rating mainly on that it came so quickly and that the price is reasonable in this inflationary environment. Battery does run down rather quickly as older 17" full power Windows 10 computers does suck the power away. I've ordered from this supplier before and also had received a battery quickly when speed was important.
