Cleanser, move your fingers in circles on the face massaging the cleanser on, don't be too quick. There are many ways to apply the toner, 2 most popular ones are to use a cotton pad or ur finger tips. Again, its better you see a YT video for this one to give a you clear idea on movement

Should I wash my face after using toner??

Yes. Splash water on area applied and pat dry with aborbent towel,after sometime, to remove any stickiness, but not immediately.

Use same time both toner and moisture Cream
