Great Stuff!
NO fishy taste or aftertaste. I love it. It's the best brand I've ever bought and I've tried many. There's a very faint lemony taste to the capsules - very pleasant. I have fibromyalgia and this has definitely improved my pain. Fish oil is an anti-inflammatory and it helps my joints and aches from fibro, and from when I work out at the gym. I can definitely tell a difference when I'm taking it or not taking it. I keep a detailed food and supplement journal and this is a supplement I will use forever. Follow directions and take it with food. You don't need a meal, but on an empty stomach you may experience a little queasiness. With a glass of milk or piece of cheese and fruit, or a protein shake I'm fine.

No fishy taste or smell!
My doctor recommended these to me because I was refusing to take fish oil pills because of the aftertaste. The aftertaste on most of these types of pills leave me nauseous, but NOT these. I have had ZERO aftertaste with these and no gross fishy burps either. There is no weird smell either. If your doctor suggests fish oil, this is the best!

Better than the Fish Oil you are get at your local store, but is really expensive considering the fact that the suggested intake is 2 pills a day.

No bad taste or smell
My doctor suggested I start taking these because my cholesterol is starting to get up there. I am very sensitive to taste and smell so was concerned about being able to take them. I was pleasantly surprised that not only is there is no strong odor, but even though the pills are large they are pretty easy to swallow.

you may need Omega 3's
The Fish Oil Supplement is an old standby for me. I would say that I have been taking one a day for over 20 years. Good for Omega 3 intake. Nordic Naturals is reasonably priced and reliable.

MAKES me FEEL BETTER and doesn't upset my stomach
I wanted a high quality omega 3 capsule, but didn't want one that used beef by products for the capsule. This has worked very well. It doesn't upset my stomach, nor does it have that kind of fishy aftertaste. This isn't the kind of supplement you take one and feel the difference, but when I took it for a month, I felt better overall. I am in my sixties and Omega 3 I see as something good to take for my heart, brain and even my mood. Will continue to purchase, which, to me, is the highest recommendation.
