If you did'nt any issues getting parts?** A: There were some missing parts. Combine that with the probability I used a few fasteners in the wrong places, I needed a few extras. In big bold letters on the installation manual, it says call Smittybilt for missing parts. I did and they were there in a few days. Lesson learned…don’t expect to get the entire install done in one sitting unless you have access to extra fasteners. **Q: does this come with the tire carrier or is this just the bumper** A: Definitely just the bumper. The tire carrier is separate. I missed that fine print and assumed it was the complete set since all the photos show it as such. **Q: is this a just the bumper or does it incluse the tire carrier as well?** A: I think it'll be just the bumper cause when I ordered mine that was all I got and had to order the tire rack.
