Excellent for sourdough
I’ve been using mainly Manitoba flour for my sourdough for a number of years but I found that if I mix 50/50 tipi 0, I get even better results. Very happy

good for panettone
this is what you need to make good panettone, i tried many flours but that one needed for panettone is really hard to find, this one does a great job, my cake taste soooo perfect. thx !

La migliore farina Manitoba a mio avviso. La utilizzo per fare il pane, la pizza e per rinfrescare il lievito madre. Pizza con biga al 50% con Manitoba e 50% tipo 1, assorbe fino all’80% di acqua senza problemi. La pizza viene soffice, dona un ottimo sapore! Su amazon pagata 2,5 al kg, in linea con il supermercato, dove si trova solamente in pacchetti da 1kg e non sempre è reperibile. Arriva in 24 ore perfettamente integra. Consiglio!
