I received this product about 5 days ago. I been struggling with neck and back pain. I done everything for the pain except surgery. I purchased this one due to high ratings. I have used it for 4 days mutiple times a day and I feel it working. My back pain is better. I love that it is a mat but can be used as a belt. I thought I could use it without having to keep it plugged, you can't. This is the only negative thing. Do I recommend this product, yes. Pain relief helps, comfort yes, and quality yes.

Nice size and good controller

After 7 months, half of the red lights do not work anymore.This has helped my neck and upper back pain so much. Even my chiropractor has mentioned how much easier it is to adjustment me, since using.

This is a piece of crap. The first one I hot had lights go out in less than 3 months snd the plug was buzzing. Got a replacement and less than 3 months 1/2 of the lights are outIt was not cheap

I have several RLT items and this is one of my favorites because of the size. It will cover my lower back to top of my neck easily.It’s lightweight and rolls up easily to be set out of the way when not being used. If I had an extra room to keep it set up I’d get a larger one but this is ideal.I like that it has adjustable power and time up to 90 minutes—most stop at 20-30 minutes.I’ve had it 4 months and used it daily the first 3months, now I use it 3-4 times a week and it seems just as good as when I first bought it. The control is handy enough so it can be adjusted without getting up.So far I do think it has helped with my pain and allows more restful sleep.

Perfect size for me. I had TKP on both knees and it’s really helped with the pain.

After 6 months, about 1/4 of all of the lights are out and it is buzzing. I really liked it when it was working properly. I'm purchasing a better model from a different manufacturer.

This could be so good if the lights didn't start going out section by section after two uses.I used this matt one time with no problem. The second the entire middle section didn't light up. The next day the left side and so on. The cord wire came out of the attachment and I taped it. It's in the garbage now.
