BAD QUALITY...AND time waste for the customers like us. I REQUESTED FOR A refund. NO REPRESENTATIVE HAS PICKED IT UP PAST 3 WEEKS. Waste of money...can't open since all pins are jammed up and not able to get my money back....VERY BADDDDD
