This is in my opinion, one of the best dry pasta’s out there. I wouldn’t use it for spaghetti & meatballs with a jarred sauce because it isn’t cheap, but if you’re making a special homemade pasta dish, this is the one to use. You can taste the difference between this & generic & mass marketed pasta! The texture is perfect too!

I used to rarely eat pasta because I always felt tired and puffy after. (I don’t have a gluten problem.) But I can eat this pasta with zero after effects. It has a marvelous flavor, too.

Excellent Capellini. We are trying different pastas trying to get away from the regular grocery store choices that are not very good. There is a clear and obvious difference in taste and texture. Do not hesitate to buy it. One family member said it is the best they have ever had, although it might have been due to my sauce lol. It is very good pasta though. Superior to anything in the chain grocery stores. Try it!

Arrived on time and was Packaged well. Made tonight, delicious! The taste and texture was great! Really held the sauce well. Will definitely buy again and stock in my pantry! Cooking instructions were perfect.

I'm of Italian Heritage, this is one of the top quality pastas I've ever eaten, comparable to my grandmother's homemade pasta.

This company is my favorite pasta company of all time. Their noodles are absolutely delicious and have no Glyphosate. Unfortunately you have to by products from Europe in order to avoid the Glyphosate.
