Subjectively, I'd say the dishes do not dry as fast as with the harsh chemicals, but that may be because we're open the door ten times waiting to see how they're doing. But they do dry faster than using no rinse-aid, and the dishes come out shockingly cleaner and shinier, and with no odd smell that Jet-Dry definitely adds.
