Paper quality isn’t so good but okay.Coming to book … it has very valuable information on the life and every living organism and why we need ethics , etc.I recommend a buy

Before reading this. I saw a lot of opinions about this book. People even said Ayn Rand was racist. To people like them, those who judge books by their covers, I would request them to read Chapter 17 of this book titled Racism, in which Ayn talks about how racism is a form of collectivism.Also, this book gets falsely flagged as a conservative book but it's far from it. This book points out the hypocrisy of both liberals and conservatives.This is a very very good book, that explains clearly and properly how and why any form of collectivism and socialism is a failure and only hurts human kind rather than helps.

Ayn Rand, No Doubt. She is the best.Though didn't expect Penguin Publishers will size this down to this small, I hated the book & text. -1 Star.Though Book is 5 Star itself.If I had a place to rate publisher/penguin, I would have given 1 Star Only.It's better to read from ebook or choose some other publisher.

Your body is one of the most complex machine especially when you consider cognitive existence. Human mind has the capacity to think with reason unlike most of the animals.The book shows how to lead a moral life using reason as a center core.

No complaints on my first Mass Market Paperback(MMP) purchased online, except that its overpriced and sent in an evelope.. yet again. Thing about MMPs is that they usually do not stand the test of time and wear out way quicker than paperbacks or hardbacks and apparently only the MMP Signet editions of Ayn Rand philosophies are available online in India.The item is new, but book is small, so is the print and the coarse, grey pulp paper reminds me of the pocket books I used to buy from vendors at the train station when I was a kid. However priced at 240 makes this expensive. It should be 100 or thereabout. Unfortunately her other books on philosophy available online are MMPs as well, that Ill have to contend with.Rating it a 3 based on the fact I knew what I was purchasing.

In today's world of altruism this book tells you the importance of self importance,self fulfillingness i.e, selfishness .one of the best works of ayan rand after atlas shrugged.thank you Amazon for the kindle edition of this book.

El libro explica muy bien como cada uno debe tener egoísmo, para ti, lo más importante debes ser tu y los tuyos, es decir, tus seres queridos, aunque hay algunas ideas que parecen metidas con calzador, pero la mayoría del libro es bueno, recomendado.

Great Book!

Se trata un magnífico libro de ética política. Hay que leerlo con perspectiva y situarlo en el contexto temporal de cuando fue escrito.

C'est le premier livre de Ayn Rand que je lie et je dois dire que mon seul regret est de ne pas l'avoir lue plutôt. J'avais déjà entendu parler Rand notamment de son livre Atlas , mais ce n'est qu'après-avoir étudié le bodybuilder Mike Mentzer , qui était un grand fan Rand que j'ai décidé d'en apprendre plus sur elle. Le livre démontre avec une logique implacable, le problème avec le socialisme, le communisme, l'altruisme et le rôle omniprésent du gouvernement dans l'économie, et les problèmes que cela engendre. Si vous avez déjà lu des livres par Thomas Sowell, Milton Friedman, P.T Bauer ou Friedrich Hayek, ce livre va vous plaire.
