iLONDA wi-fi connected fish feeder
I have had several of these fish feeders over the past 10-15 years. This new one was by far the easiest to connect to my home network and configure through the iLONDA app. Works great.

Tasmota Compatible
Successfully flashed this with tasmota. Home Assistant controls the feedings now. Might try to change it over to esphome if I get the time.

This thing is terrific. Here's a trick to set up wifi
I have used an Ehiem feeder that uses this same design for years. I like the rotating tumbler concept of all the designs; and I have tried them all. But my feeding routine is a little complicated. Turn on the light, turn off the HOB, turn off the wavemaker and then distribute the food. I turn off the HOB and the wavemaker to minimize surface disturbance when feeding. I keep the canister on.When I go on vacation, I set up the automatic feeder. But my old feeder was triggered by time and it was impossible to stop the turbulence for feeding. This puppy solves the problem. Once set up, I can trigger it from afar or make it part of a routine. Since I already had the routine (see above), I worked it into an Alexa Routine. So cool. I do not use it when I am home because I enjoy varying the food and actually dispensing it.I am a knowledgeable end-user but I had the worst time setting up the wifi. It just wouldn't take. So I tried what they call the AP Mode and it worked like a dream. Basically, you turn the feeder into a hot spot and then pair your phone to it, instead of the other way around. Just follow the directions on page 3. The directions are very good which is unusual for a Chinese product. If you care, here is my Alexa Routine, triggered by "Alexa, feed the fish.Fishlight ONHOB OFF (HOB is my HOB, wavemaker, and heater)Wait 5 secondsFishfeeder ONWait 10 secondsFishfeeder ON (I found that I could dose exactly what I wanted with 2 rotations)Wait 90 secondsHOB ONWait 15 minutesFishlight OFFAs always, test the feeder on your desk with a plate under it for a couple of days until you get the dose correct and you confidence up.

Unreliable - Poor Design - Low Quality - Do Not Buy!
The idea of a Wi-Fi controlled fish feeder is very good, better than those feeders with only a clock timer. You can trigger this feeder from your smartphone as needed while you are away. I have also fitted webcams so I can watch my Aquariums during the feeding to be sure that the feeder hopper rotated and dropped food, and that the fish are eating well. The original battery operated timer feeder from Eheim is a much better product in design and manufacturing quality. This one is a Chinese copy lookalike. All the Wi-Fi ones found on Amazon are clones. This brand is a re-badge with a different tank attachment bracket. There are several brands of the same model, none have been redesigned or improved since I bought my first one a couple of years ago. ( I have nine Aquariums in my fish room)This version does not come with a power adapter (which you must buy separately)The mechanism is prone to jamming or skipping (internal gears do not mess properly) The food hopper is supported on a thin metal shaft, which if bent, will bind or skip, or spin endlessly, but not turning the food hopper. The electrical connection is via a very small size fragile USB connector, which is held in place with hot melt glue. Any pressure on the cable will break this connector. The Wi-Fi Radio is only available on the 2.4GHz band (not the increasingly popular 5GHz band) It requires a strong signal from your Router. A weak signal may put the feeder off line, a problem that can't be fixed while you are away from home (and requires local access to your smartphone to reset the connection)This brand costs about 25% more than the other ones I have bought and used, but it does not have the AC Adapter (that will cost you even more to get it running)If the hopper stops turning at anytime this unit will hang up (can't feed again) until you come home and fix it. You Aquariums will no longer be fed! This appears to be the only Wi-Fi model available (from several badge-clone brands) but they are all prone to the same problems. It's totally useless!Another low-cost piece of junk from China. Hey Amazon! I'd happily pay you a few dollars more for quality stuff that actually works! Total time wasted by me.

WiFi Fish feeder with App to create multiple feeding times as well as demand feeding
This feeder works well. I have a covered tank with a small hole. I was able to use the provided Velcro to position the feeder over so that I could feed my fish while on vacation. It did take me a few minutes to get the app to register but after shutting it down and restarting I was successful (I did submit an email to customer service and they responded in a timely manner but I had already resolved the registration question). I was able to program multiple feedings per day in the app as well as go into the app and feed on demand. The app is simple to use and this product was a lifesaver when going on a 5 day trip. I used both flakes and crisps in the feeder drum. It did take me a few tries to get the little sliding door to dispense the correct amount of food. I have a 30 galon half moon tank which houses 4 large angels, 2 Corey Cats, a large plecko, a large catfish and a crayfish. I’d recommend this product it is lite weight and simple to use. The directions make it easy to set up. The feeder also has a button that you can manual press to feed both on the device as well as in the app. I like the ease of this feeder that I’ve decided to use it even when home so my fish revive the same amount of food at the same time every day. I did not use the large algae eater biscuits in this as I do not feed those every day.

Good Product. It can be better if it has battery backup
So far so good. Easy to setup. Not supporting 5GHz. Only 2.4 GHz supported. All setup done through ILONDA APP. Easy to setup through APP as well.Like the manual option and automatic logs feeding time. This product can be better if it comes with battery backup incase of power outage.

Bueno
Funciona muy bien, pero requiere de un entrenamiento, pruebas y conocer a fondo el funcionamiento del aparato antes de dejarlo a cargo.

Works well with pellet food
Works well. Easy to set up even with a mixed 5GHz / 2.5 GHz router. Good versatile mount. I have mine mounted on top of my lighting bracket so it’s well away from the water surface else the pellets can get damp and clog. Pellets work best - flake tends not to deliver a consistent feed amount.

Fácil
Es muy fácil de usar y de instalar. Lo único que para mover la compuerta está muy dura y me costaba dejarla poco abierta. Al final la cerré y abrí solo lo necesario con un palillo.Hace ruido solo al girar
