Minor modification needed for my Dell PC.
Even though the model number on this fan exactly matched the one I was replacing in my Dell PC, the wiring harness was too short, and the connecter was a bit different. I clipped and stripped the wires from my noisy factory fan, twisted and inserted them into this new fan's connector, and used a bit of electrical tape to hold everything securely in place. A fairly minor bit of effin' around, that did the trick just fine.

Arrived fast and well protected. Worked as it should and in my case it removed the "Rear fan" error that my Dell computer was giving on startup.
