I bought the 7.8 X 9.8 inch size, with the wooden 7 color base with the original photo. It's was a lot bigger than I expected even though the measurements are there in front of my eyes. The colors are vibrant and it never flickers. It sits well, but the biggest size falls over if you hit it or bump it. So it needs to be placed and it'll stay up but don't rock it around. If you fear about that get the smaller version. It'll still look just as amazing. The quality is great, it didn't come with scratches and it was clear, not foggy. The value for money is perfect. You can customize it perfectly to fix your needs. It's on the thinner side with the clear part, the wooden part is still on the thinner side but obviously cause it's got lights it's a bit bigger. It fits perfectly on a shelf. The assembly is two pieces, easy to use and put together. All together good item!

Update: I contacted the seller and they agreed to send a new one. I will update what the condition is when it’s received.I didn’t notice it said no refund. I have this as a Christmas gift to my daughter and it’s scratched in two different spots. I just want a replacement, but there is no option for that. Very disappointing! It would’ve been 5 starts if I could replace it. UPDATE: Contacted the seller and they sent a new one and it’s perfect!

This was a cute little gift. Not sure its quite worth the price. Should have better options for the stand colors, etc. The scanner sometimes doesn't work great.

Came early with good packaging. Looking exactly how I wanted it to! I do wish that there was a more secure connection between the plaque and base. Slips or jiggles around. Other than that it is so adorable and I love it.

Beautiful gift for loved ones. Only fault I had was it said £9.99 for the product but then when actually making your personalised product the price kept going up and up. Feel like it should atleast say something about this to inform customers as thought I had a great deal to then be paying £30 and then £10 delivery

This is a really nice photo frame and my mum loved it. However, the pricing is a bit misleading; they advertise it at a low price, but you end up paying more in the end due to hidden costs.
