I am impressed with the ease of handling and solid construction. I am a stroke survivor, maybe 20% use of 1 side, need a coffee tumbler, not cup. rides with my cane, doesn't spill or get cold. it is perfect for me!

I purchased the Navy color to etch for graduation gifts and it didn't work so I just started using them without design. Etching issues: I tried the oracle permanent vinyl and a cheap no name brand vinyl. I tried 45 min, 60 min, 90 minutes with Citristrip. I tried heating the vinyl and the foil method. I used Scrub Daddy and eventually the harsh scotch pad. The scotch pad works but it scratches the cup too much. The paint on these just smears instead of peels. So strange! Otherwise, these are great tumblers. Would use permanent vinyl instead. Bonus is the lids fit on my yeti tumbler so I don’t have to find specific lids for all the tumblers in my cabinet. Customer service is great! They stand behind their product and listen to the feedback.
