Leitner LH270 2-in-1 Wireless DECT Headset with Mic – Computer and Telephone Compatible – NOT Bluetooth – 5 Year Warranty

I recently purchased the Leitner OfficeAlly LH270 wireless headset and am thoroughly impressed. As someone who spends considerable time on calls, I find the clarity of sound and noise cancellation paramount, and this headset delivers impeccably on both fronts. Pros: Sound Quality: The audio is crystal clear. The noise-cancellation technology effectively blocks background noise, making it easier to focus. Comfort: The ear pads are soft and do not cause discomfort even after hours of use. The headset is also surprisingly light, a big plus for prolonged wear. Battery Life: The battery life is outstanding. Range: The wireless range is more than adequate for my needs. I can walk around my office and even head downstairs without losing connection. Customer Service: Leitner's customer service is top-notch. They are responsive and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Cons: Price: While higher, the quality and features justify the cost. Overall, I highly recommend the Leitner OfficeAlly LH370 to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality wireless headset. Whether for office use or at home, this headset is a solid investment that should not disappoint.

I tried the LH270 to use with my old Shoretel 212k phone. The headset itself is very comfortable, has an incredibly long range, and clear sound quality in both directions. For the reason below, I ended up buying the Sennheiser DW1 Pro 1, which is also an excellent headset. I did a number of recordings using both headsets so I could hear how I sound to my clients. The Leitner microphone provides less bass, so my voice comes through a bit more high-pitched, whereas on the Sennheiser, I think it sounds more true to my fairly deep voice. That said, no one on the other end would complain about call quality with the Leitner, and some might even find it easier to hear the higher pitch. The Sennheiser is also slightly easier to put on mute and adjust the volume. Both are very comfortable and I could hear my caller very well in each. Easily the best reason to buy either headset is the seller, headsets.com. The product comes with a note inside to call Joe Randazzo - gives his actual direct phone number - and he’ll either answer or call you right back if you leave a voicemail. Joe will work with you to get settings adjusted and will give you extremely good feedback on how you sound so you know what your callers will experience. In my case, the Leitner worked fine plugged in at the handset jack, but the Shoretel 212k headset jack (which you need to use to allow answering from the headset itself, without a lifter) had a compatibility issue in that it added a whining sound that Joe could hear but I could not. Without his honest and patient work on this, I might have been truly irritating my clients without realizing it. He worked with me to try to make the Leitner and Shoretel 212k work together, and when we could not, he provided the Sennheiser as a replacement. I was replacing my 10-year-old Plantronics CS55, with great microphone and sound quality, and was very comfortable for long calls as well. I would recommend either the Leitner or Sennheiser as a good replacement.

I purchased the Lite Dual-Ear Leitner LH275 Wireless Headset and received the product the next day. The headset is comfortable and light weight and the sound quality is excellent. The experience from opening the box to additional troubleshooting has been top notch. The first thing you see upon opening the box is a card with the name of the Leitner Expert and a direct telephone number and e-mail address. In my case the contact person was Johnny Sullivan. Although, the set up the headset is extremely easy, I needed extra help as the Vtech phone system we have did not have a “headset” plug in. As encouraged on the card provided, I called the number and received Johnny’s voicemail. I left message and was thinking.. great - I probably will not get a call back. Much to my surprise, I received a return call within the hour. Johnny walked me through the setup process. Due to the type of phone system we have, it would be required to pick-up the phone receiver each time prior to placing a call or answering a call. I was not thrilled with that option and inquired as to an alternative solution. Johnny provided a solution and promptly mailed me an adapter at no additional cost. When I received the adapter, it also included tootsie rolls. Since I just received the adapter, I am not sure the outgoing quality is a good as being plugged in directly to the phone itself. I plan to reach out to Johnny again for follow-up and have no concerns about future customer service. I would highly recommend purchasing this product and you cannot beat the FIVE STAR customer service.

Hands down, BEST Headset I have ever owned! I have a small, loud barky dog that none of my patients can hear because of the noise canceling aspects of my Leitner LH270. If you need support, there is always a live person on the phone, amazing! I have had my Leitner for 3 years and I can absolutely recommend it to anyone who needs a great headset. By the way, I never submit reviews!!

Though I hate remembering the time in which I needed this headset, it served it's purpose well. Very comfortable, a fairly long charge. At times if I took overtime I'd have to remember to let it charge on breaks or it might run out. Good range, was able to wander from the desk during dull moments while still hearing meetings.

I had the pleasure of testing this at my office & it is the best headset I have ever owned. It’s is easy to set up on my Cisco phone.
