I have used this hair colour for the first time and I am very much happy. It is really good. no harsh chemicals. I will buy it again. But I want to say that according to four colorant packets the gel tube is less in quantity as per measuring cup. Its my suggestion that please increase the quantity of gel, if possible. Rest is OK.

I purchased Indus Valley Dark Brown Gel Hair Colour trusting the brand’s claim of being natural and herbal. While the packaging emphasizes the use of organic and Ayurvedic ingredients like Amla, Henna, Basil Leaf Powder, and Coconut Oil, a closer look at the full ingredient list reveals a very different story. Ingredients That Raise Concerns: Sodium Perborate: Used as an oxidizing agent; it is classified as toxic for reproduction in the EU and is banned in some countries in cosmetics. Toluene-2,5-Diamine Sulfate: A hair dye chemical known for its potential to cause allergic reactions and skin sensitization. It is restricted or banned in many countries including Canada and the EU. Picramic Acid: This is a nitro compound that is prohibited in cosmetics in the European Union due to its toxicological profile. m-Aminophenol & 4-Amino-2-Hydroxytoluene: Synthetic dye intermediates known to cause skin and eye irritation, also restricted in several global regulatory frameworks. 4-Chlororesorcinol & 2-Amino-6-Chloro-4-Nitrophenol: Hazardous hair dye ingredients with risks of allergies and toxic buildup. These are heavily scrutinized or outright banned in safer cosmetics markets. 1-Naphthol & Naphthalenediol: Derivatives of naphthalene, potentially toxic and associated with carcinogenic risk with repeated exposure. The Deceptive "Herbal" Mask: Yes, it contains natural ingredients like Henna, Amla, Coconut Oil, and Basil, but those are dwarfed by a long list of synthetic and potentially hazardous chemicals. Bottom Line: If you're looking for a truly natural, chemical-free hair dye, this is not the product. It masks itself as Ayurvedic and safe but includes several ingredients banned or restricted in other countries. Sensitive individuals, pregnant women, or those prone to allergies should especially be cautious. I do not recommend it for anyone seeking genuinely herbal or toxin-free hair color.

Been using their brown colour with good results...but Burgundy din work for me. Grey coverage is comparatively low though streaks of red is visible. While it looks fairly good the day we apply, it turns to a dirty brown in a couple of days even without washing and that also fades really quick ...had to reapply in less than a week. Will stick with brown, I guess

It is a very good product . No damage to my hairs was caused. Abd the hair spa sachet is great.

I got the #3.0 (Dark Brown) and after using it following is the experience: 1. Actual color is jet black not Dark brown 2. Sellers claim of organically natural is totally false, One packet includes hena and the Tube consist of chemical. you feel the irritation while applying it. Actual ingredients are not displayed on tube.

I bought this product for my mother, she has grey roots. And I always wanted her to use any herbal hair dyer. Thankful to Indus Valley, the product is full sized and big quantity. It can be used 4 times if you have hair till your shoulders. Within 30 minutes, you get your desired color. It has no ammonia and no other chemical, they have only used herbal ingredients specially henna and orange. They have many color variety, do try if you are looking for some chemical free products.

I have ordered many hair color products from Amazon. I have a severe allergy to ingredients in them, so have tried many. This prodct, the Idus Valley Natural Organic Damage Free hair Color, is the best yet! So happy I tried it. Terrible product. Doesn’t cover grey hair, even when left on for an hour. Comes in a untearable pack (you’ll need scissors), which is wrapped in a second untearable pack which is wrapped in a third untearable pack. Preparation requires that you pour a cream which comes in a tube (impossible to see how much is left and impossible to get it all out of the measuring cup) that has to be combined with a powder (which is very volatile and which you probably inhale inadvertently while preparing the mix). Very different from other hair dye products.
