How much can we stretch each band? 2x/3x/4x? I have bought these & don't want it to snap due to overstretching the bands. Please clarify.

Let's say the Black band is 30 Lbs so it should be 2x15 Lbs so is the Blue 25 Lbs so 2x12.5 Lbs & so on...it all depends if you are new to training or full fledged. These bands are for body toning & not for over stretching. These bands will snap only if it is damaged or cut. You can do all the possible exercises properly without over stretching the bands.
